- Manage a sales team of direct reports.
- Manage channel partner relationships in region.
- Execute year over year growth in region.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of consultative reputed company sales experience with a proven track record of reputed company.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, telecom and/or municipal fleets is a plus).
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to travel reputed company the territory as needed, including overnight travel.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, reputed company, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
