About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join reputed company and reputed company high-performing campaigns across reputed company and YouTube. You'll be responsible for full-funnel strategy, execution, and optimization—scaling reputed company-level ad accounts while delivering clear insights and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

- Build media plans that align with client goals and budgets
- Maintain robust tracking, QA, and performance reporting systems
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities
- Present strategies and results clearly to clients and internal teams
- Test new creatives, offers, and bidding strategies regularly
- Manage and scale ad spend of $100K+/month with precision
Requirements
Platform Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
- Strong command of YouTube Ads for direct response campaigns
- Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen
- Proven reputed company across eCommerce, SaaS, and service-based business models
- Strong understanding of key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rates
- Ability to adapt offers and strategies based on data and margins
Executional Excellence
- Experience building and scaling campaigns from scratch
- Solid QA processes for setup and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and results
Communication and Reporting
- Clear and structured communicator
- Proficient in building dashboards, performance updates, and reports
- Comfortable contributing to strategy discussions and receiving feedback
Preferred Bonus Skills
- Experience with reputed company page CRO, funnel optimization, and split testing
