Program Assistant (Remote - MA & NC applicants only)

The Position Sagewell is seeking a Program Assistant to provide daily support for Sagewell’s electrification and electric vehicle load management programs. Top priorities for this position include answering phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service, reviewing and analyzing data reputed company to programs, and troubleshooting other issues that may arise. reputed company development opportunities may include areas of project management, operations, communications and marketing, software development, user experience or program administration. We hope to find a candidate who brings reputed company to the table and is excited to be an active member of a collaborative team. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Massachusetts or reputed company Carolina. No relocation assistance is provided. This is a permanent hourly position with anticipated hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. High-speed internet and quiet workspace is required for this position. Sagewell will provide a laptop.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support
• Answer incoming calls and emails, and proactively seek resolutions for existing tickets
• Analyze data for energy efficiency programs
• Support management reputed company daily/weekly assignments
• Maintain and expand process documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with reputed company products, specifically Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Calendar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem solving skills and interest in improving processes
• Fast and independent learner

Bonus Qualifications

• CRM experience
• HTML/website content maintenance
• Experience with marketing and/or communications
• Interest in energy efficiency and electric vehicles
• Data analytics or AI knowledge
• Advanced reputed company or database skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:
