Snapshot of the Role: The Program Management team is at the heart of driving company initiatives, streamlining cross-functional operations, and tackling some of the toughest challenges at reputed company. In this role, you'll work closely with our Program team on key initiatives that shape how we bring class launches to life at reputed company! What You Will Do:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure class launch priorities, deliverables, and milestones stay on track.
• Analyze and gather feedback on cross-functional workflows to identify opportunities for improving productivity and/or collaboration.
• Help drive visibility, context, and alignment for new workflows, reputed company, or process changes impacting key stakeholders in the class launch proces.s
• Support day-to-day operational processes for launching classes at reputed company, tracking reputed company on critical milestones, reporting issues, and resolving blockers along the way.
• Organize and reputed company critical class launch information across key internal tools, trackers, and timelines to reputed company productivity, visibility, and seamless integration for our cross-functional partner workflows.

Requirements:

• Available to work Summer 2025 for 12 weeks, 40 hours per week at $25-$30/hr (remote internship)
• Legally eligible to work in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MS, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, or WA
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Demonstrated leadership or high impact in extracurricular activities, projects, or work experience
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve efficiencies
• Excited to work with an amazing team on impactful projects

• Ideally, a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Experience in management consulting, consumer-facing tech, or media/entertainment is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience in project management, program management, or a similar role
