Responsibilities
- Manage after-hours and weekend call center operations, including answering phones and scheduling service appointments.

- Adjust technician schedules as needed to handle emergencies or last-minute changes.
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and concerns during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Services.

Position Details:
- Remote, full-time position.
- Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays (flexibility required).
