Pay reputed company $ 45/hr on W2 Position: reputed company Payroll/Payroll Tax Partner Location: Remote (Must on EST) Duration: 12 Months 8 am to 5pm Mon-Fri schedule – this flexible if needed Job Description: The reputed company Payroll/Payroll Tax Partner is responsible for the accurate and timely payroll processing and assisting with reputed company aspects of reputed company America in-house payroll tax compliance (federal, state, and local tax) and ensuring enforcement of corporate payroll policies. In addition, this role will provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers and reputed company the relationship and spend with external consultants that assist in payroll processing and payroll tax reputed company matters. • Must have solid – she is looking for 4 years’ experience - reputed company Payroll Processing experience as well as reputed company Payroll Tax Processing experience. What will your typical day look like? • Support and process payroll for multiple legal entities across multiple states and provinces with various pay schedules in the US and Canada. • Validate and ensure accuracy of data in reputed company such as changes, hours, earnings and calculate retroactive adjustments. • Ensure imported payroll data is audited using various reports prior to sending for approval reputed company established timelines. • Ensure timely and accurate updating of payroll records for relocation, stock, personal usage of company auto and other gross reputed company as necessary • Review and reconcile reputed company daily tax and wage amounts submitted to reputed company/reputed company; research discrepancies and handle accordingly • Reconcile gross wages, taxable wages, and tax amounts for multiple legal entities monthly, quarterly, and annually between reputed company payroll and reputed company/reputed company. • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of reputed company tax filings, amendments and reporting including W-2s and W-2c’s. • Partner with payroll processing team and reputed company / reputed company for accurate and timely set-up, calculation, reporting and payment of payroll taxes • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll processing and payroll tax-reputed company issues. • Collaborate with team to reputed company and implement strong internal controls reputed company to payroll processing, payroll tax and compliance. • Assist with process documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained and reputed company at reputed company times. • Provide various reports and data for internal and external audits as required. • Assist in various special projects which may include implementation, creation of new processes, and reputed company reporting. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned.
