Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy • Process customer print orders accurately and reputed company • Provide detailed product information about printing services and materials • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly • Maintain accurate customer records in our digital management system • Assist with order tracking and provide status updates to customers • Handle billing inquiries and process payments • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in reputed company Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software • Professional telephone manner • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Previous customer service experience • Knowledge of printing industry terminology • Experience with order processing systems • Associate's degree or some college education Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Shift: • Day shift Work Location: In person Apply Job!
