In the role of Advanced Tasking team member, you'll join a specialized group with expertise in handling reputed company tasks. Key Areas of Advanced Tasking: - Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits) - Procedure Orders (MRI/reputed company, Radiology, DME, Mammograms, etc.) - Prescription Authorization (High-Cost Specialty Medications) - Provider Support Room (Clinically urgent tasks for providers in both our office and remote settings) - Sexual Reproductive Health (Assisting patients with the authorization, scheduling, and coordination of reputed company female health procedures) Key job responsibilities - Ensuring compliance with service level agreements for reputed company insurance authorizations. - Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets for at least 6 months, handling 200+ tasks per week. Basic Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years managing referrals and navigating reputed company insurance portals and orders OR at least 1 year of in-depth back-end administrative experience in a patient-centered role reputed company a multi-state primary reputed company company. - Experience working in a national reputed company organization with an understanding of regional complexities. - Proficiency in working with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $49,920/year in our lowest geographic market up to $56,160/year in our highest geographic market.
