Guest Services Representative
Job Purpose: To be the smiling faces and helpful voices of AAE!!! Providing a positive, helpful, and courteous experience for reputed company AAE guests reputed company while adhering to the mission statement of American Adventure Expeditions: To build reputed company through hospitality focused outdoor adventures! Key Responsibilities (in order of reputed company): Maintaining a positive attitude that exemplifies excellent customer service at reputed company times. *Answering phones and booking reservations *Assisting AAE guests in the reputed company-in process. *Timely replies to reputed company information and brochure requests. *Organizing and cleaning of the office retail area, including guest restrooms. *Maintenance of property including trash removal, watering flowers, etc. *Stocking and organizing retail merchandise and food in retail area. *Maintaining an accurate customer database reputed company the on-line reservation system by entering information from rafters waivers. *Preparation and packing of reputed company lunches and additional meals. *Complete reputed company daily cash and duty reports. *Performing weekly inventory reports. Pay Information: This is a full time seasonal position from May 1st through Labor Day weekend that starts at $16.00 / hour, but each employee will be paid based on their previous experience and performance. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts reputed company days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
