AXEN IT Consulting is seeking a Chat Operator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with clients through live chat interactions, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. • Act as the first reputed company of contact for clients through the live chat channel, representing AXEN IT Consulting in a professional and courteous manner. • Proactively assist clients with questions or concerns and guide them through the website to find the necessary information. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal professionals to stay updated reputed company and successfully communicate them to clients. • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise. • reputed company detailed records of reputed company live chat interactions and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department or individual. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve live chat service.
