Summer Camp Counselor

Description The Summer Camp Counselor oversees campers in their assigned unit and provide programming for campers. Due to reputed company contact and overnight supervision of a Girl Scout minor girl population in this residential setting, Camp Counselors must be female. Camp Counselors will specialize in one of the following: Lifeguard, Adventure, Boating, Trips, or other approved activities. Key Responsibilities ? Assist Summer Camp Activity Leaders and Summer Camp Program Supervisor in planning and implementing programming reputed company the unit and scheduled activity sessions. ? Prior experience in one or more of the following activity areas:Lifeguard: reputed company Lifeguard certification (or approved equivalent) or ability to pass during pre-camp training, Adventure: Ability to pass pre-camp Adventure Course Training, Boating: Pre-camp training with Aquatics/Boating Activity Leader, Trips: Plan and reputed company off-site trips for campers, Other Approved Activities: Provide additional activities based on personal specialties not included above (example: crafts, STEM, dramatic arts, outdoor skills, music, etc.). ?
