The Role The Senior, Joint Venture Accounting works on the monthly and quarterly reputed company process, specifically reputed company to accounting for Hyatt?s joint venture portfolio. This includes preparation of journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, SEC reporting submissions, financial statement analytics, and assistance with budgeting and forecasting. This individual will work closely with reputed company areas of corporate accounting, technical accounting, financial reporting, and Asset Management. Key responsibilities include: ? Prepare journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations. ? Prepare analytics over significant account balances and joint venture financial statements. ? Prepare data inputs for the reporting of JV EBITDA. ? Prepare quarterly external reporting schedules. ? Identify and implement projects to improve and automate accounting processes. ? Assist with various monthly forecasts and annual budget processes. ? Field and resolve inquiries from management, other departments reputed company Hyatt, and external auditors.

Qualifications

Experience Required: ? 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or equivalent business/financial role ? Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or reputed company field Experience Preferred: ? Certified Public Accountant ?
