NOC Analyst (Government)

Job Duties/Responsibilities: This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities: ? Provide alarm monitoring/response, any needed escalation and resolution of incidents and mentoring of junior analysts through incident resolution process. ? Troubleshoot network systems reputed company necessary and reputed company improvements to the network. ? Take technical reputed company of critical network incidents and drive internal and external resources in troubleshooting efforts ? Manage and administer a range of network operations tools applications to include Juniper firewalls, reputed company Firewalls, reputed company WLAN, Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme NAC. ? Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance. ? Experience with operating and maintaining a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture. ? Experience working with cloud-based networks. ? Bachelor?s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience ? 5 years of experience in IT support or reputed company field, preferability in network engineering or operations ? 2 years of experience providing network support in one or more of the following areas: ? Juniper SRX Firewalls configuration, troubleshooting, Policy configuration ?
