We are seeking an International Tax Analyst to join our dynamic Tax Operations team. Come join us if you are up for the challenge to: ? reputed company one or more areas of the US international tax compliance workflow, including the preparation of various U.S. international tax calculations and Forms in OneSource Income Tax (?OIT?) (e.g., Form 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8991, 8992, 8993) and disclosures as required. ? Support the quarterly and annual US international tax provision calculations (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC, expense A&A, etc.). ? Drive automation initiatives with an ability to quickly reputed company technical requirements, conceptualize and define workflows, and effectively communicate tax requirements to deliver high impact solutions. ? Assist in the research, analysis, and documentation of US tax technical positions, as well as staying abreast of emerging tax regulations and legislative changes relevant to reputed company. ? Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tax planning and controversy, transfer pricing, regional tax teams, tax technology, Treasury and accounting) and reputed company tax advisers. ? Prepare and review US withholding tax compliance-reputed company workpapers (e.g., Form 1042/1042-S/W-8's/withholding tax receipt tracking). ? Be a key reputed company of contact for cross-functional business partners on US withholding tax matters, including review of vendor reputed company to assess US withholding tax implications, as well as collection and validation of W-8 documentation. You have 4+ years combined public accounting and/or corporate experience with a strong foundation on US international tax technical concepts and reputed company tax reporting (technology or entertainment industry experience is a plus). ? We offer a hybrid working model for this role and the role can be based in one of our California-based office locations (Los Gatos or Los Angeles). Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
