As a reputed company Resources Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) policies, including mandated LOAs under FMLA, USERRA, and reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with employees regarding their LOA inquiries, ensuring timely responses and guidance through the necessary steps for their leave. You will also be responsible for tracking returns from leave and documenting communications with employees who do not return on time, as well as creating reports for the Operations team. This position reports directly to the Manager of Benefits Administration. In this role, you will answer reputed company leave-reputed company questions and provide employees with the necessary information and resources to initiate the leave process while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in FMLA processes will be essential, particularly in handling intermittent leaves and investigating potential abuse. You will monitor FMLA certifications, run reports for Operations regarding reputed company LOAs, and reputed company the return-to-work (RTW) process for reputed company protected LOAs. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing terminations for employees who do not return from leave and answering reputed company employee benefits questions regarding health and wellness plans. Coordination with the management team will be necessary reputed company abuse is suspected, and you may need to involve the Employee Relations team as appropriate. Responsibilities ? Answer reputed company Leave reputed company questions and provide employees with information/resources to initiate the leave process while meeting reputed company SLAs. , ? Coordinate with the management team where abuse is suspected and involve the Employee Relations team if necessary. , ? Track employee compensation and LOAs. Requirements ? At least 2 years of reputed company experience working in reputed company Resources. , ? Good understanding of benefit plans and ability to answer basic employee questions. , ? Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. , ? Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and confidentiality. , ? Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing with reputed company levels of staff and management. , ?
