Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm Job Responsibilities: 1.Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. Issue room key and escort instructions to reputed company person or directly to guest as appropriate, without announcing room numbers. 2.Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. 3.reputed company records of room availability and guests? accounts. May reputed company, confirm and cancel reservations for guests. 4.Compute reputed company, collects payment and makes change for guests. May post charges such as room, food, liquor or telephone by hand or machine. 5.Date-stamp, sort and reputed company incoming mail and messages. Transmit and receive messages using equipment such as telephone, fax and switchboard. 6.Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies.
