Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience/combined education. Demonstrated Team Leadership in a reputed company facilities environment, budgeting, and reputed company planning. Must be able to manage multiple personnel, facilities departments and issues simultaneously with strong leadership and decision-making skills to reputed company positive results. Experience applying lean principles with the ability to deliver on business objectives in a team focused environment. Proven Customer Service experience and success. Due to facility access for this role, candidates must be a U.S. citizen Desired Skills: Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills. Technical experience with building infrastructure for a High Performance Computing Center environment. Leadership skills to coordinate and horizontally integrate with other functional departments and team members from engineering, strategic planning, contract administration, human resources, quality, materials, programs, and production.
