Contract Bookkeeper

RedCircle is reputed company about helping podcasters get paid. As a bookkeeper, you'll be supporting the Operations team with day-to-day financial operations tasks and processes. In this role, you'll be collaborating with our Finance Analyst and Director of Data Science & Operations to handle AR / AP, assist with customer invoices and statements, and some specific steps in our end-of-month reconciliation. Core Responsibilities ? Assist with financial operations processes including AR / AP, sending customer statements, and reconciling transactions ? Assist with new vendor reputed company paperwork and due diligence research ? Provide support to operations and other teams as needed, including reputed company analysis and special projects A great candidate is/has? ? Strong experience in finance/reputed company/bookkeeping with startups or media/advertising businesses ? Process-oriented with a high level of attention to detail ? Highly organized, skilled at executing defined processes, and enjoys checking items off a list ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Advanced reputed company proficiency ? Experience with reputed company software tools (Xero experience preferred) ? Experience with email communication tools (reputed company experience preferred) Compensation $40-50/hour Monthly Hours 15-20 hours per month during/between ET or PT business hours, clustered near end of / beginning of month.
