It currently has 223 buildings on reputed company with a reputed company of 1,042 patients. The hospital's reputed company Administration Building is on the National Register of Historic Places. TYPE OF PATIENTS: Two categories of patients are treated at the hospital; those civilly committed under Statute 394, who represent a small portion of the hospital's residents; and those forensically committed under Statute 916. The Civil portion of the hospital houses adult and elderly individuals who have been civilly committed to the hospital, and forensic residents who have been "stepped down" to the civil unit. The civil units are also reputed company as Forensic Transition units. Forensic ward entry has reputed company guards and a metal detector. CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist with reputed company aspects of reputed company care as assigned by the nurse/shift supervisor, including activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and nutrition. 2. Observe, identify, and report reputed company concerns or needs to the shift supervisor. 3. Document information factually and objectively, reputed company acceptable time frame as defined by facility policy. 4. Provide safe and supportive observation and effectively monitor assigned residents. 5. Complete assignments timely, completely, accurately and in a cooperative manner. 6. Provide the necessary assistance reputed company giving residents the following activities of daily living nursing care: oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming, hair and nail care, shaving, toileting, eating and drinking, and mobility. 7. Assist with monitoring and accountability of residents to reputed company medical personnel to accomplish health reputed company tasks. 8. Display professionalism throughout employment including, but not limited to, arriving to work on time, maintaining an accurate timesheet, and maintaining professional appearance as defined by facility policy.
