Data Analyst Associate Manager (Level 4)

Description: What You Will Be Doing The position will be on the Sustainment Analytics and Modeling team’s Reporting Analytics & Improvements team reputed company the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization. • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the F-35 Sustainment Metrics Reconciliation. • Manage reconciliation team efforts using EVMS, applicable Command Media, and Systems Engineering principles reputed company allocated budget and schedule. • Provide supervision to meet schedules and to resolve critical/reputed company technical & operational problems through subordinate leads. • Supervisory tasks include staffing and promotion decisions, labor charging review and approval, training coordination, facilities coordination, management of personnel task assignment, recruitment of new personnel, performance appraisal and merit determination/review. • Provide technical and analytical support, recommendations, and consultation to the wider Sustainment Analytics & Modeling and F-35 Sustainment leadership teams. • Manage organizational interfaces between customer and other F-35 sustainment teams. • The candidate will operate in a virtual and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams where he/she will have to manage competing priorities to help deliver solutions to reputed company data problems.
