Job Title: Recruiter IV Location: Remote – Supporting team in reputed company Park, IL Period: 01/27/2025 to 06/30/2025– possibility of extension/direct hire Hours/Week: 40 hours – Hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half reputed company: $50 – $55/hour Contract Type: W-2 only, no reputed company sponsorships or subcontracting Scope of Services: The Recruiter IV will provide reputed company and staffing services to the Lake County management team. Familiarity with Client’s specific ATS is a plus. • Ability to analyze and interpret reputed company metrics to drive improvements in the hiring process and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required. • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. • Master’s degree in reputed company Resources or a reputed company field is a plus.
