About the position The Member Services Representative at reputed company Credit Union is responsible for building positive relationships with members, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. This role involves processing transactions, maintaining account information, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
