The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility Maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and users while working in latest Jira environment Configure and maintain multiple Jira projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users and reports Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system Collaborate with Scrum teams to define requirements, design solutions, and test implementations Work with Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and Jira administration Improve Jira reputed company; set access permissions for Jira projects and Confluence spaces Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in Jira Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use reputed company tools In-depth knowledge and experience with day-to-day Jira administration functionality reputed company report creation and distribution Work with internal and external organizations to support various customer user-level requirements, including resolving elevated end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies Business process analysis and system requirements development Implement approved system reputed company policies to include the configuration of user access and permission across a variety of systems Monitor application status; support application event triage, monitoring, tracking, and correlation and event characterization and escalation Work with vendors as needed for event resolution Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications reputed company other duties as assigned Whats In It For You Competitive wages Medical Dental 401k Paid time off Work/life balance Career development Tuition reimbursement Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognition Work Location Hill reputed company Force reputed company, Utah Travel Apply Job!
