The Software Engineering Discipline Manager will be a functional leader supervising a group of Software Engineers. Providing functional leadership with focus on effectively staffing programs, developing personnel through training and mentoring to improve their reputed company reputed company and their application of those skills. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
