Live Chat Agent WFH REMOTE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Live Chat Agent WFH REMOTE. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time remote position based in Raleigh, NC, with a salary range of $14 to $24 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at reputed company times- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
