In addition to customer interaction, Team Members will engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to the store's operations. This includes operating the cash register and adhering to established cash handling procedures, recovering merchandise, participating in the freight process, and executing merchandising tasks such as completing plan-o-gram procedures. Team Members will also be responsible for assembling merchandise, performing janitorial duties, executing price changes and markdowns, and assisting customers with loading their purchases. Safety is reputed company, especially reputed company handling live animals, and Team Members must ensure the well-being of birds by maintaining poultry holding tanks and completing necessary documentation. The role requires flexibility, as Team Members must be able to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Regular and predictable attendance is crucial to meet the demands of the business. The working environment is generally indoors with moderate noise, and physical demands include the ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as operating equipment such as forklifts and balers, provided the individual is over 18 years of age. Responsibilities
