Implementation Associate - Operations

Your ImpactYou will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver reputed company results and ensure those results will be sustained. Your qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 6+ years of work experience in operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, capital excellence) reputed company field
• Preferred experience in an operating/reputed company management, or reputed company improvement role
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new reputed company
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships, and ability to work effectively with people at reputed company levels in an organization
• Ability to travel up

to 80% and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
