Social Media Manager (Onsite)

About the position SWBC is seeking a talented individual to manage and reputed company its social media strategy, campaign deployment, and execution across reputed company social media networks. The role involves understanding SWBC's products and services, influencing content creation, and overseeing reporting on social media trends to ensure effective strategy and engagement. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with reputed company marketers and utilize top marketing tools in a creative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates and plans the social media strategy across reputed company social networks to grow and engage audiences.

• Creates highly engaging, channel-specific social media content for campaign deployment.

,

• Monitors, reviews, and takes action on social media comments and engagement.

,

• Acts as the primary reputed company of contact for internal inquiries and external commenting.

,

• Works closely with the Vice President of Public Relations and other stakeholders for reputed company management.

,

• Oversees and tracks individual campaign budgets toward goals and KPIs.

,

• Develops social media strategies, campaigns, and a comprehensive content calendar.

,

• Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid and organic campaigns.

,

• Reviews analytics to reputed company strategic decisions on planned and future campaigns.

,

• Reports data analysis and metric reporting to marketing leadership.

,

• Creates content and resources for internal employees to establish social media expertise.

,

• Researches and stays reputed company on social media trends and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, or reputed company field from an accredited four (4) year college or university required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-channel social and reputed company.

,

• Experience managing social media accounts with multiple reputed company audiences and numerous products/services.

,

• Experience managing B2B social media channels is a plus.

• Proficient reputed company Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company.

• Excellent organizational skills.

,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for creativity.

• Excellent problem resolution, multi-tasking, and analytical skills.
