Position Summary Supervisor Project Controls (SPC) position provides day-to-day leadership, direction, management and reputed company of assigned project controls resources. SPCs are expected to reputed company/direct assigned resources in review of project controls status (cost, contract, WBS, schedule, resource, etc.). This position is critical to day-to-day coaching and mentoring of Project Controls Specialists. SPCs assure project control data collection tools, analysis, communication and reporting systems used by assigned resources are available and functioning according to Enterprise policies (e.g. Financial, Risk, Supply Chain, etc) and Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE) requirements. The SPC position requires application of project controls principles. Demonstration is routinely associated with extensive and diverse work experience and formal education. SPCs guide assigned unit resources in performing reputed company aspects of project estimating, scheduling, change control and cost management while aggregating and reporting program or portfolio level performance using prescribed methods and tools. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in: Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or Other Technical

• Master's Degree in: Project Management, Business, or Finance
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Any of the following certifications: AACE-EVP / AACE-PSP / AACE-CEP / CAPM / AACE-CCC / PMI-SP

• Software such as MS Project/MS Office Suite, Primavera, Business Objects, Passport, PowerPlan, Emax, Peoplesoft

Working Conditions
