Customer Service Agent
Job Summary of Customer Service Agent: As a Customer Service Agent at XPO Logistics, you'll: Assist customers and business partners reputed company telephone and email; Handle customer complaints in a reputed company, professional manner; Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues; Monitor reputed company of delivery routes; reputed company haul-away pods and verify stamps; Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Your customary daily operations and functions that you will conduct routinely:
- reputed company shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors
- Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, reputed company quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
- reputed company general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
