The Role:

Craftspeople work individually or as part of a team to repair and refurbish customer's leather goods. They should ensure the highest quality standards are achieved while making sure the department is efficient and the work runs smoothly.

This is a Fixed Term Contract position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications.

- Adhere to quality procedures following our quality guidelines.

- Operate equipment and machinery responsibly, in line with the Health & Safety policy.

Skills & Experience required:

- Able to identify problems both broadly and in-depth and plan accordingly, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to solve problems.

- Displays excellent attention to detail.

- Enjoys being part of a team.

- Displays a high level of functional expertise in own field and constantly updates knowledge to ensure expertise remains relevant e.g., QC knowledge of Mulberry products and materials.

- Proven ability to understand and analyse and repair faults and share with relevant stakeholders.
