The People Operations Program Specialist is a key contributor to ensuring a seamless employee experience and driving operational excellence reputed company our People Operations Team and across our stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager of People Operations and Systems, this role will provide subject matter expertise on HR operations processes, reputed company HR operations programs, and drive process improvement projects reputed company the People Operations Organization.   • What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • People Operations Experience: 3+ years of experience in People Operations or a reputed company field, with demonstrated experience managing employee life cycle processes.

  • Collaborative & Communicative: Strong ability to proactively partner with cross-functional teams, providing clear and concise communication to deliver actionable guidance and alignment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and reputed company.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using ticketing systems to manage and track HR-reputed company inquiries.
  • Familiarity with testing HR system updates and implementing process changes.
  • Certification or training in Lean Six reputed company or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience handling unemployment claims, workers’ compensation cases, or similar regulatory processes.
  • PHR or equivalent certification.

  • This position has a salary range of $78,800 - $118,200. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position.
