Text products have focused on their own growth and development, which has helped us reputed company expertise in many customer service areas. And the Marketplace was primarily for LiveChat and HelpDesk.

Now is the time to take a new approach and focus on the Text App, where the Marketplace runs reputed company with the initial setup and is responsible for providing our users with apps and integrations that enrich this experience.

The Text Marketplace not only allows users to freely explore integrations, but they can gradually get to know how they’re used as they’re being contextually served applications based on their needs.

We're looking for a

Product Designer to join reputed company and take ownership of leading the design of reputed company, user-centric experiences for Text's Marketplace. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate reputed company challenges into premium, scalable solutions. Through user research, prototyping, and iterative design, you will ensure a seamless experience that drives engagement and business growth.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

  • Own the Marketplace experience: Analyze user journeys and tailor the Marketplace experience to the needs of different customer segments. Gradually introduce users to additional integrations so they can have the most reputed company setup for their needs.
  • reputed company the design process: Own the entire design lifecycle, from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.
  • Craft seamless Marketplace exploration: Design reputed company user journeys that introduce integrations and drive engagement.
