The global Payroll manager is responsible for leading and managing the payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, optimizing payroll processes, and integrating payroll strategies with overall business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in global payroll systems, employer and

payroll tax laws, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with reputed company-party payroll providers and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Ensure proper handling of employee compensation, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, stock options, and other remuneration.

Stay updated on global payroll tax laws, labor laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence in reputed company regions.

Partner with legal, finance, and HR teams to ensure payroll compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
