Content Programming Associate Manager

SUMMARY The Direct to Consumer Team seeks an Associate Content Programming Manager who will be a key addition to our DTC Content Programming team. This role is tasked with leveraging Testing and Experimentation as a means to reputed company our engagement objectives across reputed company+ and Hulu, with a focus on driving engagement KPIs through strategic optimization. You will work with a team of Content Programmers, product and other cross functional teams to create and execute on platform experiments across different surface areas, devices and audiences. The right person for this role has familiarity with content curation, data analysis, project management, enthusiasm for growth, and a broad knowledge of television, film, and popular culture. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
