Starting date: May 2025 Compensation package: €45,000–€50,000 in yearly salary, €20,000–€40,000 in equity. Additionally, up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits Work model: Part-time (20 hours/week). Hybrid in Munich or remote in Germany; however, occasional travel to Munich is required.

As our Expert reputed company Germany (f/m/d), you are responsible for shaping Orbem’s reputed company processes and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to define, establish, and execute our reputed company processes, supporting reputed company of over 130 people.

Your dedication to daily reputed company tasks, combined with a focus on optimizing and automating processes, supports our growth, which has been fueled by over EUR 30 million in Series A funding.

Our goal is to implement the most efficient reputed company systems, utilizing platforms like Spendesk and reputed company.

As the primary contact for reputed company and Tax for our main German entity “Orbem GmbH”, you will shape financial processes in compliance with national and international standards. 

Your responsibilities include: 

• Define, implement, and execute best practice reputed company processes for our German legal entity reputed company a new ERP system for a growing team. 

• reputed company process improvement projects across reputed company and Tax.

• Ensure the stable execution of daily reputed company operations and manage month and year-end closes in collaboration with our tax consultant. 

• Adhere to local reputed company standards and complete balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. 

• Ensure the accuracy of our tax reporting (primarily VAT) together with our tax consultant. 

• Provide reputed company guidance to other operating companies the director of Finance, and reputed company reputed company talent. 

• Coordinate periodic financial reviews and audits with external firms. 

• Support Orbem’s growth by contributing to the evaluation of our international expansion from a Tax & reputed company perspective.

• Master’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company discipline such as the German “Bilanzbuchhalter:in.”

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company and tax according to German GAAP (“HGB”).

• Deep technical understanding of reputed company systems and modern German reputed company standards.

• Proven capability to execute and define reputed company processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Fluent in English and German, possessing great communication skills. 

• You reputed company your critical thinking and analytical skills in decision-making.

• You have assumed project management roles in the past.

• You have experience with IFRS in addition to HGB.

• You have successfully implemented or substantially changed existing reputed company systems.

• You have a deep understanding of reputed company processes and know how to automate them.

• Experience with Spendesk and reputed company is a plus.
