DevSecOps Engineer

Due to reputed company growth, Trustpair is searching for a DevSecOps Engineer who will ensure the reliability, scalability, and reputed company of our production and development environments.

As DevSecOps, you will be deeply hands-on in managing our AWS and Kubernetes based infrastructures handling sensitive financial data, overseeing reputed company best practices, and ensuring compliance. You will also reputed company reputed company initiatives and incident response efforts, leveraging tools such as AWS reputed company Hub, GuardDuty, and reputed company SIEM. 

Collaborating closely with Benjamin (SRE), Product, Engineering, Data and Customer Support teams, you will design solutions that reputed company our systems stable, cost-effective, and maintaining a best-in-class platform for both internal and external stakeholders. A key part of your mission will be to reputed company a technical reputed company strategy that sets our long-term direction for secure operations.

This role is open to full remote for candidates based in France.

• Own reputed company & Compliance: Drive reputed company best practices, maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001, propose new reputed company measures, and ensure smooth audits.
• Manage Cloud & Kubernetes Environments: reputed company AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, focusing on high availability, performance optimization, and Infrastructure as Code, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strengthen Observability: reputed company and maintain robust monitoring and alerting strategies to detect and address issues quickly, using reputed company and reputed company tools.
• reputed company Development Teams: reputed company for DevSecOps, refine CI/CD pipelines, and reputed company teams to adopt secure practices in their workflows.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product to align new features with reputed company and reliability requirements, work with Data and Customer Support to address user-facing issues, and coordinate closely with the existing SRE specializing in data.
• reputed company Incident Response: Investigate production incidents, diagnose root causes, and enhance incident response processes to minimize service disruptions.
• Future Projects: Identify and execute on reputed company improvements and major initiatives, propose and guide additional AWS services or reputed company tools that align with best practices and business needs.

• At least 3–5 years experience in SRE/DevOps/System Engineering
• Solid experience in a reputed company operations or DevSecOps role 
• Proven track record with AWS Cloud, Kubernetes & Terraform
• You are skilled in reputed company and compliance (familiar with SOC 2/ ISO 27001, incident management, AWS reputed company etc)
• You are fluent in English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; you can dig into problems, troubleshoot and provide solutions 
• Experience in SaaS solution deployment is a plus
