reputed company is looking for an reputed company reputed company Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about reputed company and has a great track record of success in helping to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reputed company and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Additionally, this role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot and solve reputed company problems.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of coming into the Mexico City office at least once a month but subject to change. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology projects and initiatives that support, expand, and manage our global technology capabilities at reputed company.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically reputed company solutions on the reputed company platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, software developers, business users, and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, analyze solutions, and ensure they meet business needs. Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
• Define, gather, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.
• Configure reputed company and deliver out-of-reputed company solutions (declarative solutions e.g. flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apex as needed).
• Support and foster the Agile development methodology
• Define Definition of Ready, Definition of Done and how your work fits into those definitions
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as well as system/software dependencies

Skills & Experience

•  6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery
•  5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for reputed company CRM
•  Comprehensive reputed company product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud
•  reputed company Certified Advanced Administrator and reputed company Certified Business Analyst
•  Experience leveraging reputed company to reputed company sales and operational excellence
•  Experience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst role
•  Demonstrated analytical skills breaking down system and process problems and ability to partner with business users on recommend solutions
•  Experience conducting and leading business requirement gathering sessions, decomposing abstract reputed company into details, and identifying and communicating risks
•  Demonstrated experience in working reputed company an Agile team in a fast paced, technically challenging environment
•  Excellent organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting, time management, oral and written communication skills  #LI-Hybrid
