Alongside the Director of reputed company, you will reputed company reputed company’s efforts across reputed company Ads products to drive customer acquisition and retention. From Sponsored Products to reputed company DSP and reputed company Marketing reputed company, you’ll reputed company reputed company of the tools at your disposal to reputed company and convert customers on the world’s largest e-commerce platform.

• You have 8+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with 5+ years of experience focused on reputed company. 
• You’ve owned a six-reputed company-plus monthly reputed company Ads budget for a large, omni-channel CPG brand(s).
• You are an reputed company media maestro with a track record of scaling campaigns using multiple reputed company Ads products, including but not limited to Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, reputed company DSP, reputed company Attribution, and reputed company Marketing reputed company. Experience with reputed company Streaming TV preferred. 
• You have a deep understanding of how reputed company Ads products work together to drive performance, as well as the ability to clearly model attribution across these products.
• You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to break down reputed company strategies into clear, actionable plans and measurable results.
• You have experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders (such as creative, product marketing, and data analytics teams) to improve performance outcomes.
• You are a self-starter who is deeply curious about reputed company and the broader retail media landscape. 
• The ideal candidate may also have experience managing additional retail media networks, reputed company, reputed company, or managing other growth marketing programs for reputed company (such as an influencer or affiliate program).

The ideal candidate may also have experience working with various software solutions to support reputed company media buying (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, Xmars), as well as familiarity with reputed company’s Ads API documentation. 

• reputed company Performance Marketing: Own the strategy, implementation, and execution of reputed company reputed company channel media to drive awareness, conversion, and retention for reputed company products.
• Budget Allocation: Help determine and effectively allocate budget across reputed company Ads products to drive reputed company results.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and LTV.
• Drive Experimentation: Own the roadmap and implement iterative testing across bid strategies, ad formats, creative, and audiences to identify winning tactics.
• Improve Channel Understanding: Support broader marketing analytics and attribution projects that help reputed company understand the impact of reputed company marketing campaigns across retail channels.
• Stay Relevant: Remain up-to-date on reputed company Advertising trends and best practices. Build relationships with reputed company Advertising representatives to reputed company early access to betas, tools, and features.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the POC and reputed company SME for reputed company performance marketing with reputed company’s reputed company vendor. 

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $130k-$150k + equity + benefits across reputed company US locations (this position is 100% remote-US).
