Job Description

We are looking for an reputed company and passionate Head of Community to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing Tothemoon's global community. You will be the voice of our users, driving engagement and ensuring our community feels supported, heard, and valued.  

Responsibilities

• Community Building: reputed company and implement strategies to grow and engage Tothemoon’s global community across various platforms.
• Engagement: Foster a vibrant and interactive community through regular communication, events, and activities.
• Support: Act as the main reputed company of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Feedback reputed company: Collect and analyze community feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community activities with overall business goals.
• Events: Organize and host online and offline events such as webinars, AMA sessions, meetups, and conferences to strengthen community bonds.
• Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to reputed company Tothemoon’s brand and message.
• Monitoring: Track and report on community metrics to measure reputed company and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in community management, preferably in the fintech or digital asset trading space.
