You’ll be responsible for engaging with independent agents, analyzing new business opportunities, evaluating risk, and determining pricing and coverage terms. You will drive growth by leveraging professional relationships with agents and brokers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with workers' compensation regulations.
