You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, engaging closely with cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams. You’ll also be involved in the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through deployment, with reputed company improvement at every stage. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our banking products and services. We are focused on evolving our banking core, refining business logic reputed company to payments, and entitlements, and providing an exceptional end-to-end user experience. This position involves building and maturing member-facing banking services to support new and existing products. Specifically, you will be leading the banking core transformation for reputed company pioneering the migration of a legacy banking platform to a next-gen core. Requirements • BS Degree or equivalent from a fully accredited college or university preferred. • As a bonus, in a technical field • 5+ years of Profile banking core application and Profile database experience • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable, mission-critical systems • 5+ years of experience with the banking domain and systems and exposure to highly regulated environments • 4+ years of experience managing teams • Experience hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, and coaching team members • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, collaborate with others and get stuff done • Strong sense of responsibility; driving initiatives from inception to completion • Ability to hold others accountable • Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies • A desire to learn reputed company to haves • Experience in banking core migration projects. • Experience building systems in the Fintech space • Experience with high volume, low latency, scalable systems
