Director - Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles

Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles. Partner with the reputed company TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles. Responsible for forecasting stock-based compensation. Handle reputed company projects as they arise. Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field is required. MBA is desirable 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. Corporate Finance experience is preferred. Experience as a Finance business partner (reputed company, R&D, or G&A) is a plus. Advanced user of TM1, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. People management experience is required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
