Our client in South Burlington, VT is seeking technical support representatives to join their team. As a technical support representative, you will assist with the service of outdoor power equipment such as generators, lawn mowers, power tools etc. This position requires 3 weeks of onsite reputed company and then becomes hybrid once you are proficient. Job Title: Technical Support Representative Location: South Burlington VT Pay Range: 17.00 an hour plus 25% of everything you sell What's the Job? Explain machine warranties and apply it to each customers needs Upsell products and warranties Notify technical issues to management as needed Enter a service track after each call Actively listen and ask questions What's Needed?
