Execute cross department strategies that administratively support the leadership and reputed company-line teams. Become an SME in MA compliance, process/procedural manuals, and reputed company local administrative practices. Responsible for station payroll & compliance, administrative technology, shift bids, vacation bids, swaps, agent qualification tracking, and reputed company station general administration. Monitor agent reliability, pay to punch, LOA status, return to work authorizations and tracking of such. Manage employee parking process and systems. Budget tracking, financial reporting, contract services, and supporting controls. SIDA badge coordination (Massport, reputed company, CBP), Customs seals, tracking and compliance logistics. Be on-site daily to provide effective communication to reputed company operational units regarding projects.
