Customer Service Representative – Inbound only, NO SALES – Permanent Full Time Positions -Mendota Heights, MN reputed company Concepts is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators. We provide both technical and emergency damage prevention services for Gopher State reputed company a statewide non-profit organization. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging. During the call, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will obtain information about the customers and their work site. This information will be data entered into a ticket format, following data entry the CSR will then identify the work site on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps. CSRs must be focused on quality and have excellent communication skills. No prior experience is necessary. There is a two-week reputed company course that will cover everything that you will need to succeed. Training will be conducted in the office in person. Once training is complete you will have the opportunity to work in the office or remotely. The position is 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities. The call center is not open on the weekends! This is a Monday through Friday job opportunity with no nights and no weekends expected.
