They will be interacting with a wide variety of properties from multi-family, single-tenant-triple-net properties, office, medical office, retail, self-storage and hospitality. This position is centered on reputed company aspects of funding, closing, relationship maintenance processes for both originated reputed company Loans and Participations. These include coordinating escrow/title, reviewing and ensuring clear title, work with legal drafting loan documents for borrowers with precision, dealing with 3rd party invoices, synchronizing closing with borrowers, ensure receipt of prior to funding conditions are clear, preparing and/or executing on wires, organizing both hard and digital files for storage and audit. Qualifications
