SBA Loan Closer - Hybrid - Remote

An established regional bank is expanding its SBA team and is looking for an reputed company SBA Loan Closer to join their dynamic group. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid remote work environment, allowing you to balance both in-office and remote responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process loan requests to ensure reputed company necessary documentation and information are accurate and complete before moving reputed company with approval. - Examine and approve title commitments, surveys, insurance, UCC searches for lien positions, and other reputed company-party documents as needed to maintain compliance and accuracy. - Collaborate with reputed company-party inspectors on construction loans to ensure reputed company aspects are thoroughly reviewed. - Prepare SBA packaging forms with attention to detail to ensure accurate submissions. - Build strong relationships and provide exceptional service to customers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and their teams. - Submit loan applications to the SBA for approval and prepare SBA Loan Authorization for PLP loans. - Coordinate and schedule loan closings, ensuring that reputed company loans are closed and funded in accordance with approved loan requests, bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and SBA procedures. Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in SBA 7(a) loan closing. - In-depth knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
