Who You Are You are a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Closing Sales Professional who excels in competitive sales environments. This role combines sales expertise with in-depth knowledge of the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients during the loan closing phase. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiating loan terms, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. What You'll Do• Communicate final loan terms and conditions to borrowers at the conclusion of the sales cycle • Work directly with borrowers to negotiate loan terms and contingencies, ensuring alignment with their financial needs and company policies • Explain required documentation for funding and any contingencies requested by the underwriter, providing clarity and support to borrowers • Outline the funding process, setting clear expectations for the borrower, including our identification verification procedures • Maintain and reputed company manage a high-volume pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate loan closings • Work closely with Account Executives, Underwriters, and Funding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for borrowers What You'll Need• Strong understanding and experience in how to manage a pipeline effectively • Knowledge of loan products (conventional, jumbo, and government) • An ability to analyze income and assets properly to qualify clients for specific loan products • Understand processing, reputed company, and/or loan closing procedures • Strong verbal and written communication • Self-motivated and highly organized • Can prioritize multiple competing tasks • Understand the reputed company of the level of service provided being directly correlated to driving sales volume • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed Life at reputed company At reputed company, we work hard and aren’t afraid to take risks.
