Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In Colorado, reputed company pay range for this role is $101,600.00 - $162,400.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. Who you are 5 years of experience leading expansion/growth lifecycle programming, email, CRM and/or engagement marketing programs (B2B experience preferred) Considerable experience with marketing automation (reputed company Pardot experience a plus) Strong background deriving and using customer insights and data to understand the customer reputed company (Tableau, reputed company Analytics, etc.) Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and have experience in building programs quickly from the bottom up A successful track record of developing and deploying channel strategies, including measuring and delivering on performance targets Experience developing strategic go-to-market recommendations and launching new products and/or features Strong background with implementing best practices into growth email programming, including automation, triggered campaigns, template development/improvement, dynamic content, personalization, and retargeting Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, leading timelines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations (reputed company/reputed company experience a plus) Able to take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability Collaborate well with others across the organization and reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills In addition to a competitive reputed company salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
